As a result of rapid growth, PetCare Insurance Agency Ltd. is seeking high-performing Sales Representatives to join the team in our Oakville, Ontario office. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidates will be responsible for helping the Sales Department achieve its monthly targets through call centre by way of inbound and outbound phone activity with new pet owners. Exceptional customer service skills, sales experience in a direct-to-consumer role, and a strong results-oriented drive is a necessity. Preferred candidates will have strong oral and written communication skills, be PC literate, and have 1- 3 years experience in consumer sales, animal health and/or insurance. Candidates must be available to work within all hours of call centre operations. Bilingualism in English/French or English/Spanish is a strong asset.

Our rapidly-growing company seeks a Customer Support Specialist for our PetPoint Animal Shelter Management Software. The specialist will be responsible for providing implementation, training, and technical support to PetPoint users. Additionally, the specialist will support the sales and marketing of Pethealth’s ShelterCare accident and illness insurance for newly adopted pets and 24PetWatch microchip identification and 24/7 pet registry and recovery network.
Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; be self-motivated; and have a consistent and positive attitude. Advanced information technology skills and experience administering PetPoint or another major animal shelter management software application are strongly preferred. Previous animal sheltering and/or shelter management experience and the ability to work from our Chicago office are required for this position.

As a member of our Customer Care Unit, and located in our Oakville office, your role will involve providing exceptional customer support to our valued policy holders. You will handle inbound inquiries regarding insurance products and services, and will use your problem solving and customer service skills to ensure that they receive answers to any questions or issues regarding their policy, payments, and claims. Your role will focus on ensuring customer retention and a positive customer experience at all times.
Successful candidates will have 2-4 years customer service experience and at least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry, coupled with strong communication skills and an exceptional customer service orientation. Experience with animal health is highly desirable. Candidates must be available to work within all hours of call centre operations. Bilingualism in English/French or English/Spanish is a strong asset.

If you are looking for a change from the clinic environment please consider this exciting career opportunity as a Pet Insurance Claims Adjuster. Reporting to the Claims Manager, and working in our office in Oakville, ON, this role is ideally suited to an RVT or AHT with 1-3 years of clinic experience gained in small animal primary care. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of veterinary terminology; will be highly analytical with keen attention to detail; will have strong numerical aptitude; and will be highly organized with strong administrative skills.
